Team Manager Job Description | Team Leader Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team. The Team Leader will work with our team of talented engineers and build a strong team. Mentor and lead a team and must have good hands-on Core PHP, OOPS, and Mysql

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Mentor and lead a team.
• Candidates must have good hands-on Core PHP, OOPS, and Mysql.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and other intermediate technologies.
• Good object-oriented and database programming skills.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of any Frameworks like laravel (Must), Cake PHP, CodeIgniter, Yii, Etc. (Anyone of them)
• Knowledge of Node JS and MongoDB will be a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to construct complex projects quickly
• An ardent problem-solver.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team.
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.
• Self-starter and an inherent learner with good analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding client requirements & functional specifications.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English).

EDUCATION:

• B.E / M.E in Computer Science
